Where you arrive
Cruise ships use Havensight and Crown Bay. Confirm your actual arrival point with the ship; these sample plans include a taxi allowance from either terminal.
Getting around
Arrange both the outward and return taxi journey. Do not assume a departure from one terminal will return to the other.
Make time for
Magens Bay is managed by the Magens Bay Authority. A beach-focused outing lets you keep the rest of your day simple; check current admission and facilities directly before leaving.

Explore the historic town; make the step-street climb optional.

Town streets mix level stretches with slopes. The 99 Steps are an additional steep climb; the town-only visit is less demanding.

Magens Bay
Spend a relaxed stretch of the day at the bay’s beach park.
90–150 minutes to visit
Hilly cross-island transfer, followed by sand and park paths. The authority lists US$7 nonresident daily admission and US$2 vehicle parking; equipment is extra. Listed park hours are 7am–5:30pm. Confirm your return pickup.

Paradise Point Skyride
Ride the tram from Havensight for harbor views.
60–90 minutes to visit
The operator lists adult round-trip tickets at US$34.95 and child tickets at US$24.95. Walking estimates end at the lower tram station. The Skyride is not wheelchair accessible. Operating days and hours vary with cruise schedules; check the current schedule and last return tram before visiting. Tickets are available at the window; no reservation is required. High winds or lightning may temporarily stop service.
